Creativity
Being a design major it has allowed me to think outside the box and look at things from a different point of view. In
the classes I have taken I have been able to learn about multiple designers and artists which have helped to open my eyes
and mind to ideas which could be used on a global level.
Cultured
I have traveled internationally and been to many different places across the country. This has given me a chance to see
the world from the perspectives of different cultures and has allowed me to have a more globally conscious view on the world.
Being able to experience different cultures and types of people makes it easy to really know your own strengths and weaknesses.
Leadership Skills
I have been at a managing position at my job for almost 2 years now. I am given more responsibility and act as a mediator
for the employees to fix any potential conflicts. I have the opportunity to help train new employees and educate them on
proper procedures and the correct way to handle themselves in a situation. I enjoy the extra responsibility and thrive on
learning how to be a better leader.
